We want to make our premier partners aware of a nationwide ACH funding delay impacting settlement funding today. This issue is not related to Tekcard Payments or Fiserv systems. The delay is due to a Federal Reserve (FedACH) service disruption, which is affecting end-of-day ACH distribution files and scheduled settlements across the country.
The Federal Reserve has reported delays in delivering ACH distribution files.
The 8:30 AM ET settlement window has been impacted.
Some institutions may also experience delays in receiving acknowledgements for submitted ACH files.
This is a nationwide issue impacting multiple banks and processors.
Merchant funding may be delayed until the Federal Reserve completes processing.
ACH rejects and related reporting may also be temporarily delayed.
This may affect same-day visibility of settlement activity.
If merchants call, advise there is a nationwide Federal Reserve ACH delay impacting multiple institutions.
Do not attribute the delay to Tekcard Payments internal processing.
Once the Federal Reserve releases the backlog, funding should process normally.
Escalate only if funding does not release after confirmation that the Fed issue is resolved.
