Clover Merchant Self Help Update

The Merchant Self Help Guide explains how Clover merchants can use the built-in Help function on the Clover Dashboard to access documentation, track support inquiries, and open new support tickets.


Key Steps

  1. Accessing Help

    • Log in to the Clover Dashboard.

    • Click the Help icon in the upper right corner.

    • From the navigation bar, select Open or track a support inquiry.

  2. Viewing Inquiries

    • The inquiries page shows open or existing support requests.

    • To start a new one, click New Inquiry (top right).

  3. Searching Articles

    • A search bar appears when opening a new inquiry.

    • Enter a short description of your issue to view related documentation.

    • If an article resolves the issue, no further action is needed.

  4. Creating a Support Inquiry

    • If articles don’t resolve the issue, select Create Inquiry to send a ticket to a live agent.

    • Fill in all required fields, including a reason for inquiry and any supporting information.

  5. Article Previews

    • Before submitting, Clover shows an article summary with potential solutions.

    • This helps merchants confirm if they need to escalate the issue
