Accessing Help
Log in to the Clover Dashboard.
Click the Help icon in the upper right corner.
Viewing Inquiries
The inquiries page shows open or existing support requests.
Searching Articles
A search bar appears when opening a new inquiry.
Enter a short description of your issue to view related documentation.
Creating a Support Inquiry
If articles don’t resolve the issue, select Create Inquiry to send a ticket to a live agent.
Article Previews
Before submitting, Clover shows an article summary with potential solutions.
